These terms govern your use of the ITGA website and directory. By using the site you accept them.
ITGA is not a tour operator
ITGA provides a directory that helps visitors find and contact independent tour guides. We are not a tour operator or travel agent, we do not sell tours, and we do not take bookings or payment for tours. Any tour is a private arrangement made directly between you and the guide, on the guide’s own terms. ITGA is not a party to that arrangement and is not liable for it.
The directory
We take reasonable care to keep listings accurate, but profile information is provided by members and may change. Listing in the directory does not amount to a recommendation or warranty of any individual guide.
Members
Members are responsible for the accuracy of their own profile, for holding valid insurance and any required qualifications, and for conducting their business lawfully and professionally. ITGA may edit or remove a listing that breaches these terms.
Intellectual property
The site design, the ITGA name and logo, and the directory as a whole are the property of ITGA. Member photos and text remain the property of the members who provide them.
Liability
The site is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, ITGA is not liable for any loss arising from use of the site or from dealings with any guide found through it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
