Ready to join Ireland’s independent tour guides?

ITGA membership includes public-liability insurance, your official lanyard and photo ID, and your own searchable profile page in our directory. Membership is for professional, Republic-of-Ireland-based guides. New applicants normally need an existing online presence and an ITGA member to sponsor them.

Every application is reviewed by ITGA before any profile goes live. If your application is not successful, your membership fee is refunded in full within 14 days.

We will review your application and contact you to confirm and take payment.

How joining works

1. Apply and pay

Complete the secure form. Your membership runs for twelve months from the day you join.

2. We set you up

We create your profile and link your account so you can sign in and manage it.

3. Get found

Add your photo, tours and areas, and start receiving enquiries directly from visitors.
